Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product) to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create character designs, storyboards, and visual assets using industry-standard software.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity through typography and color theory.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
- Optimize assets for various platforms and devices to ensure maximum performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating motion design skills and illustration abilities.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
