Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for UI/UX interfaces, marketing campaigns, and brand assets.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of motion into the user journey.
- Optimize vector assets (SVG, Lottie) for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Mentor junior designers, providing technical guidance and creative direction to elevate the team's output.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in motion design and motion capture to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Lottie.
- Strong understanding of design systems, animation principles (timing, easing, spacing), and storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of motion styles and technical proficiency.
