Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to translate creative concepts into dynamic visual narratives.
- Create detailed storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments to communicate the animation vision before production begins.
- Optimize render times and ensure all assets are properly formatted and optimized for various delivery channels.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the creative department.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and animation techniques to incorporate into our workflow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, squash and stretch) and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex creative decisions clearly.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and technical capabilities.
