The Role
You will be responsible for the full software lifecycle of our AI products, from conceptualization to deployment. You will mentor engineers, establish coding standards, and drive technical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and implement best practices for MLOps, ensuring models are reproducible, scalable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, next-gen NLP) into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
