Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic architectural vision for long-term technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 milestones.
- Design Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement highly available, distributed cloud architectures using AWS and Kubernetes to support enterprise-scale applications.
- AI-Driven Architecture: Integrate Machine Learning pipelines and AI-driven decision-making systems into core infrastructure, optimizing for real-time processing.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement microservices architecture to enhance throughput and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale system redesigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure); strong understanding of containerization (Docker/K8s).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Experience implementing AI models into production environments and understanding of neural network architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term scalability and disaster recovery planning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
