Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the strategic definition of our technology roadmap, identifying and evaluating emerging trends in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning infrastructure designed for future data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategic goals into concrete technical milestones and deliverables.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the AI division.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, LLMs, NLP, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
