Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing infrastructure with 99.999% uptime for enterprise clients
- Design hybrid quantum-classical systems integrating AI-driven optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe cryptographic protocols
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for quantum decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Create disaster recovery protocols for quantum data preservation
- Research and implement quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects with measurable outcomes
