Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven track record of securing research grants or patents
