Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and optimization problems
- Design and execute fault-tolerant quantum computing experiments using superconducting qubits
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with quarterly patent submissions
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning applications
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant security protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise AI solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum computing frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation algorithms
- Track record of securing $500K+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Fluency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
