Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Lead prototyping of quantum applications for pharmaceutical discovery and logistics optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
- Publish research in IEEE ACM journals and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum computing or related top-tier conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in cloud quantum services (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
