As a key member of our Future Technologies Division, you'll architect scalable quantum solutions, lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives, and shape the roadmap for quantum adoption. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to transform theoretical possibilities into real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead research on quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Drive quantum algorithm development for cryptography, simulation, and AI integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, Qiskit, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technology or topological quantum computing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive and technical audiences
