Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead development of quantum machine learning algorithms with 99.9% accuracy targets
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for next-gen hardware (IBM Condor, Rigetti Ankaa)
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum error correction systems
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on quantum-classical co-design
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for 2026-era threats
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
