Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Experience securing government/industry research funding
- Strong background in ethics and responsible AI development
- Patent portfolio or commercialized AI/quantum products preferred
