Responsibilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for real-time decision-making systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deploy quantum-encrypted AI models
- Lead research in quantum machine learning frameworks (QML) and benchmarking
- Architect scalable quantum-AI integration pipelines for enterprise clients
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Nature journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into production systems
