Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum algorithms
- Architect neural-quantum hybrid computing architectures
- Partner with MIT and ETH Zurich on next-gen quantum hardware integration
- Drive open-source initiatives for quantum AI standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing-as-a-service platforms
- Present breakthroughs at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent breakthrough research)
- 5+ years architecting enterprise-grade ML systems at AWS/GCP/Azure
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum applications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with D-Wave Advantage or IBM Quantum One
- Security clearance for national quantum initiatives
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 1000+ qubits
