- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning futuristic trends with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of AI-driven solutions and Web3 integrations.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI) and evaluate their viability for implementation.
- Establish best practices for engineering excellence and mentor junior architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards are integrated into all future system designs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert knowledge in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data structures.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for 5-10 year horizons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
