Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future horizons
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
