As part of our elite R&D division, you will oversee the architectural blueprint of our flagship AI suite, ensuring it is robust, secure, and infinitely scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, utilizing distributed systems and edge computing principles.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning of large language models to achieve sub-millisecond latency in high-throughput environments.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous data privacy protocols and security standards to protect proprietary algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML infrastructure projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- System Design: Proven track record of building scalable microservices and handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Innovation: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Federated Learning or Quantum-ready algorithms.
