Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation AI systems focused on the 2026 technological horizon.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Oversee the research and implementation of emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Mentor and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
