Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead 12+ person cross-functional teams through agile product development cycles
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling business cases
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI, and NASA JPL
- File 15+ patents annually in AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and product lifecycle management tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patent-pending innovations
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
