Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with societal evolution trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their technological implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of leading large-scale tech innovation projects
- Deep expertise in blockchain, synthetic biology, or space tech ecosystems
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech committees
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-tech commercialization successes
