Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technology use cases
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
