- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation roles
- Proven track record predicting tech adoption cycles (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
