Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Strong patent portfolio (minimum 5 granted patents in emerging tech)
- Experience securing government grants and private equity for R&D projects
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
