Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to inform strategic planning
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for key business verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market changes
- Present future-oriented insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition or development
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into design
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership or conference presentations on future trends
