Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging market disruptions and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof innovations into development roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Design scenario-planning exercises for high-uncertainty futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (blockchain, AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk assessment
- Published work in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Strong network connections with global research institutions
