Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and societal changes to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic blueprints for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor competitor innovation and disruptor movements
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Build an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
