Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and implementing next-generation technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and future-readiness
- Foster strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIPD) preferred
