- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI governance)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present technology foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
