- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-generation product prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor patent landscapes and identify intellectual property opportunities
- Manage technology forecasting scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
