Responsibilities

- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (US/EU/Asia)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
