Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership on sustainable tech or ethical AI (top-tier journals/conferences)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (e.g., EU AI Act, US Innovation Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
