Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, from ideation to prototyping and market validation
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI across business units
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused skills and adaptive methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO, CIO, or innovation management)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management or related field preferred
