Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in executing strategic initiatives
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain technological leadership
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI on technology investments
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., TOGAF, PMP)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
