- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development and machine learning optimization
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience securing government grants and corporate innovation funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q, D-Wave) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
