Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of future-ready technologies through change management frameworks

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and exponential innovation curves
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Published research or patents in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies (e.g., CTS, CFIP) preferred
