Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage $15M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
