Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic proposals to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovative tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
