- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research universities, and government initiatives
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to the board of directors and C-suite executives
- Drive innovation through hackathons, incubation programs, and corporate venture capital investments
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting our industry
- Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies across 50+ global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 5+ countries and cultures
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
