- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 technical specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms or enterprise tech solutions

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
