What You'll Experience:

Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum machine learning, and carbon-negative computing
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech into commercial applications
- Author annual FutureTech Impact Reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging technology verticals
- Represent company at World Economic Forum and MIT Technology Review summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products using quantum/AI technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q Network or equivalent)
