Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design scalable infrastructure for AI-human collaborative systems
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-positive tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for complex R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives to production
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing principles
- Experience leading international innovation teams
