Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum computing products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong network with academic research institutions and venture capital firms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM) or equivalent
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for international stakeholder engagement
