Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-focused product concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for disruptive tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation projects from concept to prototype validation
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends and market disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products or services
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
