- Architect innovation pipelines through strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Translate technological trends into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Champion experimental projects with 3-5 year horizons, from concept to prototype
- Build and lead cross-functional 'Future Tech' task forces across engineering, product, and design
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology trajectories across AI, biotech, and computational systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Executive-level communication skills for articulating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
