- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-negative systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D cycles
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, biocomputing, autonomous ecosystems) and recommend adoption pathways
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible automation
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ in innovation funding
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
