Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on revenue growth
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D advancement
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen technology implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling solutions from concept to market deployment
