Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen infrastructure projects with $5M+ budgets
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging technologies and rapid prototyping
- Secure patents and publish research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Forge strategic partnerships with university labs and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Proven track record launching production systems using quantum/neuromorphic tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Strong patents portfolio (10+ granted patents)
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and TensorFlow Quantum
