What You'll Accomplish: Lead architecture for our flagship 2026 initiatives, collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers, and shape the technological landscape for the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready infrastructure
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Create roadmaps for sustainable tech implementation
- Mentor junior architects in future-proof design principles
- Present findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum computing and distributed systems
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging tech (2019-2023)
- Proven track record of architecting systems deployed at >1M scale
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Strong background in sustainable technology design
- Ability to forecast tech trends 5+ years ahead
