Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing and AI for 2026 industry needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop ethical implementation protocols for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary technological methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused technical domains
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 5+ years developing scalable tech with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching industry-disrupting platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-focused initiatives
